Julien Salanon
Managing Director
Julien has over 25 years of experience as a tech-entrepreneur, investor and investment banker, and has led and advised several successful turn-arounds and consolidations in the technology space. Recently he led the acquisition, the turn-around, build-up and the sale of GlobalEnglish, a B2B SaaS self-learning EdTech company with $20 million in ARR. Previously, he led tech acquisitions for Vivendi-Universal and AOL. Julien holds a Master's in Management from HEC, Paris and started his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. Over his career he has managed over $13 billion in buy and sell-side M&A.
Andy Swett

Andy has over 25 years as a tech-entrepreneur with enterprise Sales, Marketing and CEO leadership experience with companies such as Zentry Security, ThreatMetrix and Callidus Software. Andy's domain expertise includes Healthcare, Cybersecurity, Dev Tools, Sales Tech, Bioinformatics, Conversational Computing, Speech Analytics, Real Estate and AI. Previously, Andy founded CallidusCloud, a sales technology pioneer that they took public, and was later purchased by SAP for $2.4 billion. Andy holds a BS in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
